The following form is to allow designated Baltimore City College IT staff a way to report classroom issues to the University of Baltimore Office of Technology Services User Support Team for fixing or repairing issues within the Business Center classrooms. If the user requires immediate support during business hours, skip the form and call the OTS Call Center at 410-837-6262, to report the issue.
