UPDATE 11/23: Students taking current semester courses can submit a request to borrow equipment by appointment and pick it up in the Business Center 002 rear of the lab.
Please note:
As of Oct 2023, we have changed our checkout policy for laptops for students:
- Students taking fully online courses for the fall semester may request a laptop for all semesters.
- A student taking online and on-campus classes can sign out a laptop on a two-week basis during the semester.
- A student taking fully on-campus classes will be allowed to sign out a laptop twice a week.
Additional info:
- Equipment must be requested through this service.
- Your date and pickup time will be confirmed via email.
- Students must return the borrowed equipment on time to avoid being billed for late fees and equipment.
- Equipment checkouts will be scheduled with you. You will receive an email confirmation of the specific time and day.
- All equipment is on a first come, first serve basis.
The equipment available is:
- laptop with built-in webcam running Windows
- external webcam with USB connector
- TI 84 calculator
- CAS camera equipment (designated courses only)
- Other items not listed (write in the notes field of the form)
