OTS Service Issue

OTS is happy to provide a new way for faculty, staff, and students to contact the Call Center for technical support while on campus and working from home!

The request form will allow you to give information along with details for users to support so a technician can set up an in-person appointment or a Zoom session for remote workers. The form will accommodate basic as well as advanced issues. Make sure to fill in all required information as well as the best time and day for your appointment along with a contact number if not your office line. Once a technician is assigned your ticket, you will get a reply with a ticket number and date and time for meeting with a technician.
