Capital Planning works closely with the campus community to identify each units’ major goals, develop and define potential solutions for their project. Campus Operations includes both Facilities Management and Housekeeping the responsible units for the maintenance and upkeep of our campus, which comprises 1.1 million square feet of space across 13 buildings and 11 acres.
