Clearing Browser Cache-Cookies

If you are experiencing issues with webpages not loading properly or getting a "Stale Request" notice, please try these steps to help resolve the issue:

 

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

  2. Select More tools → Clear browsing data

  3. Set the time range to All time

  4. Check Cached images and files

  5. Click Clear data

  6. Close and reopen the browser, then try again


Mozilla Firefox (Recommended)

  1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner

  2. Select Settings (or Preferences on macOS)

  3. Click Privacy & Security

  4. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data

  5. Check Cached Web Content

  6. Click Clear

  7. Close and reopen the browser, then try again


Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click Privacy, search, and services

  4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear

  5. Check Cached images and files

  6. Click Clear now

  7. Close and reopen the browser, then try again


Safari

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar

  2. Select Settings (or Preferences)

  3. Go to the Privacy tab

  4. Click Manage Website Data

  5. Select Remove All, then click Done

  6. Close and reopen the browser, then try again
