Use this form to submit your communications request.
The Office of Alumni Relations is committed to ensuring that The University of Baltimore cultivates and advances enduring, engaged relationships with its graduates. We are ready to assist you with ongoing communications to strengthen those ties, and have established guidelines to help ensure success by maintaining great connections with our alumni.
Please ensure you have read and understand the terms set forth in the Alumni Digital Communications Policy before filling out your request.
Contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@ubalt.edu with any questions regarding the scope of work for your project or contact Anna Russell, Advancement Communications Coordinator, at arussell@ubalt.edu with any questions relating to scheduling or content. Please note a minimum of fourteen (14) business days are required for all work requests.

All requests must be made a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. Please note this request is not an implied guarantee. We will do our best to accommodate all communications on or as close to your preferred date as possible.
Multiple communication requests may come in for the same week. We may not be able to approve your request if another email is already scheduled on your requested date, depending on the audience. Allowing for flexibility ensures your communication will be sent in a timely fashion.
