These instructions can be used to add any user to an active "auto assignment". Auto-assignments are those assignments which are set to run for a period of time and will add users to the assignment based on the user's info matching the criteria.
The instructions here address adding a student to the Sexual Assault Prevention training. The same steps can be taken for other assignments that are based on labels.
- Logon the EverFi platform at https://admin.fifoundry.net/university_of_baltimore/sign_in.
- Go to Manage Users (under Users in the sidebar).
- Find the user. There is a search bar at right where you can search by first name, last name, or email.
- Click on the name of the user.
- In the upper left, click Edit and a drop-down menu will appear. Click Manage Labels.
- Select the Tutorial menu and choose TIX.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Assignments are picked up nightly around 3 am and invitation emails are sent around 8 am.
