Internal Content (MyUBalt Portal)
The MyUBalt Portal, together with UBalt’s Service platforms, is a communication tool for an internal audience, primarily focused on maintaining a service-oriented communication and process workflow for the UBalt community, offices and services. The MyUBalt Portal serves as the central hub where users can easily view the information they need and access software applications to complete essential tasks in their UBalt role. The primary audience for the Portal is someone who has opted in as a member of a UBalt community through a defined action, including:
- Applying or indicating intention to apply for admission as an undergraduate, graduate or law student
- Gaining admission as an undergraduate, graduate or law student
- Enrolling as an undergraduate, graduate or law student
- Starting employment as a faculty, staff, C1/C2 or student worker.
MyUBalt Portal content should have a defined purpose that helps the UBalt community member perform a task in their role or understand UBalt’s structure and operations
