The MyUBalt Portal allows users to search the UBalt Website, Intranet, and their UBalt Office 365 account (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. Office 365 searching is limited to results the user has access to based on their log in credentials.
Search is available globally in the navigation header by clicking the magnifying glass icon:
When a search is entered, the Unified Search page opens. Users can filter the results using the Result Type filter. The default setting is 'All'.
Each search result displays the title, the URL or breadcrumb path for Office 365 results, and the Result Type.
Clicking on the Search result title will open the page in a new tab. For Office 365 results, each breadcrumb item can be clicked to open the page in the click path.
