Blackbaud (Academic Works) Support Information

The following Client Support information was provided by Blackbaud in June 2020.

Blackbaud support can be contacted via phone, chat or ticket submission. For issues with data feeds, ticket submission might be best because that gives the team time to research the issue and these particular issues usually require research.To create a ticket or case, visit support.blackbaud.com

  1. Go to or log into www.blackbaud.com > click Training and Support > Support > Support Portal (Bookmark this page!)
  2. Under Contact Us, Click Chat or Call Support to proceed
  3. Please follow the steps in this article if you need help with your Blackbaud.com Login.
  4. Our number has also changed to ; please press for Support, then select option and option to get Blackbaud Award Management.
  5. (Optional) If you do not have a BB account approved your organization’s account administrator, please follow these instructions to be added.
